Jurassic Parkour: the second WAVE EP out now

Today’s the day. Jurassic Parkour, the second EP by WAVE, is now available to buy and stream here on what we used to call the information superhighway. It’s the second release on This Decay Records so we’re calling it DEC-4. Obviously.

The new record is available digitally and physically, or you can buy the CD from the band if you catch them playing live. The first opportunity to do that is at the Arches Venue in Coventry this Sunday (June 11th), where Dave’s World Live doubles up as a special WAVE EP launch performance.

Doors are at 4pm and tickets are £5 for a packed bill. WAVE will be joined by Barbikan, KiriKai, deny all ROBOTS, Blank Parody, Wax Futures and headliners Black Star Bullet. You don’t need to be Eudoxus to work out how many English pounds per band that is.

But back to Jurassic Parkour. On a personal note, I’m proud to have the label’s name on it. Don’t tell Dave, but it’s a wonderful piece of work and it shows how far he and Will have progressed as a duo in a short space of time. WAVE is a band with distinctive character both live and recorded, and they’re in thumping form in 2017.

WAVE – Jurassic Parkour

For one week only you can pick up Jurassic Parkour and its predecessor, The First Wave, as a cheap-as-chips digital bundle on Bandcamp. It’s available on its own too, and you’ll also find it on iTunes, Amazon and Spotify.
